Help from a person, not a bot
Email support@kouzina.app. Kouzina is made by one person, so you’ll get an answer from the person who built it — usually within a day or two. The address goes live with the kouzina.app domain at launch; until then, the waiting list form reaches the same inbox.
Before you write
The questions on the front page cover the things people ask most: who Kouzina is for, whether it’s private, what happens if you stop paying, getting your recipes out, Greek, and printing. If yours isn’t there, write to us.
When something has gone wrong, it helps to include:
- the email address you signed in with,
- what you were doing (importing a card, printing, sharing a link…),
- what you expected and what happened instead,
- the phone or browser you were using, and a screenshot if you have one.
Don’t send your password. We never need it and will never ask for it.
Common fixes
A card didn’t read well
Every import is a draft you check before saving, and the photo is kept alongside it, so nothing is lost. Try again in better light with the card flat and filling the frame, or paste the text in by hand. Kouzina keeps whatever you type exactly as you typed it.
A relative can’t get in
Invitations are codes you hand to them from the Family screen. They sign up with any email address, enter the code, and they’re in the same cookbook. If a code has stopped working, make a new one.
A share link doesn’t open
The family switched it off. Share links are read-only copies of the cookbook, one link per family at a time; whoever shared it can send a fresh one from the Family screen.
Deleting your account
You can delete individual recipes, photos and voice notes yourself inside the app. To delete your account altogether:
- Delete any recipes you don’t want to leave with the family. Recipes you added to a family cookbook otherwise stay with the family — they’re the family’s recipes.
- Email support@kouzina.app from the address you signed up with, with “Delete my account” in the subject.
- We’ll reply to confirm it’s really you, then remove your account and your personal data within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.
If you were the only member of your family cookbook, the cookbook goes with the account. Print it to PDF first if you want a copy.
Billing
Kouzina is one plan: $39 a year for the whole family, after a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel any time. If you stop paying you keep reading and printing everything; only adding and editing pause. Billing questions go to the same address.
